Thanksgiving Harvest Sunday

In the spirit of Thanksgiving join us for a special celebration of our harvest & a service of gratitude for our farmers & the land with special guest Vermont Folk Singer Phil Henry as well as local farmers who will share some stories from the land and some of the challenges and obstacles Vermont Farmers are facing.

This is a special event with some aspects of a traditional Sunday service and the flare of a modern celebration, to take time to learn from and appreciate our farmers and their important jobs of stewards of the land and to offer gratitude to them for the harvest they provide. We will be joined by Cynthia & Rich Larsen of Larsen Farms, Ryan Yoder of Yoder Farms in Danby & Austin & Caralyn Davis of Shedlight Farm in West Rupert.

Our very special guest Phil Henry will bring added joy and excitement with his smooth voice and guitar and his folk music to share with all those in attendance! What a wonderful treat to have him perform at our meetinghouse again!
